The Loymee project required the creation of a comprehensive system that would meet the needs of different user groups. A key challenge was designing a PWA application accessible to customers, business employees, and administrators, while maintaining a balance between simplicity of use and advanced functionality.
For individual customers, the app needed to offer an easy way to collect points based on QR codes, an intuitive rewards catalog, and integration with digital wallets. On the other hand, businesses required a tool that would allow them to manage the loyalty program efficiently and transparently. An important feature was the ability to set custom rules for rewards, points per purchase, and manage locations where QR codes could be scanned.
An additional challenge was ensuring the scalability of the app so that it could support both smaller local businesses and large enterprises with multiple locations and teams. To meet these requirements, it was necessary to introduce a flexible subscription model that allowed businesses to choose a package tailored to their needs – based on the number of employees, locations, and rewards.
