FAKRO CONNECT

FAKRO CONNECT is a mobile application with a loyalty program designed for roofers and roof window installers. Its goal is to support construction professionals in their daily tasks by providing instructional materials (product guides) and digitalizing the long-standing loyalty program. The app allows users to scan individual QR codes on products and collect points that can be redeemed for rewards. Additionally, the integrated administrative panel enables FAKRO to effectively manage the entire loyalty program. The app also serves as a platform for publishing news, allowing users to stay updated with the latest from FAKRO.

The project aimed to create an intuitive mobile application that would improve communication between professionals and FAKRO. The goal was to design an application available on both iOS and Android systems that would serve as a simple and convenient tool for roofers and installers. A key task was to enable quick and direct contact with regional representatives and support departments, significantly speeding up the process of obtaining answers to ongoing questions.

The application was designed to handle various levels of access: for unregistered users, registered contracting companies, and their employees. An important element was the integration of a loyalty program, which included access to a rewards catalog and a QR code scanning system. Users needed the ability to exchange points for rewards at any time and from anywhere with internet access, which required carefully designed architecture and efficient program management through an administrative panel.

We created the FAKRO CONNECT mobile application, which not only simplifies the daily work of roofers but also introduces a new quality in communication with FAKRO, offering a modern tool that is available anytime, anywhere. The application was developed using Flutter technology, ensuring smooth performance on both iOS and Android systems.

Users have access to an intuitive interface that allows for easy navigation within the app and quick retrieval of necessary information.

A key feature is the ability to scan QR codes placed on FAKRO products. This allows roofers to earn loyalty points that are immediately available in their accounts, enabling them to exchange points for rewards from the available catalog at any time.

The integrated administrative panel provides FAKRO with complete control over the loyalty program and allows for monitoring user progress. Additionally, the application offers a push notification feature, which keeps users informed about news, promotions, and upcoming events. With FAKRO CONNECT, roofers have the opportunity for professional development and networking. The communication features ensure that contact with FAKRO is now faster and more efficient. The application not only enhances the productivity of construction professionals but also strengthens the relationships between the company and its partners, directly influencing loyalty and engagement in the long term.
