Radio Wrocław

Radio Wrocław is an independent radio station belonging to Polish Radio, which has been offering unique regional programs for years. Our goal was to develop modern mobile applications for Radio Wrocław, Radio RAM, and Radio Wrocław Kultura that would attract younger listeners and drivers, while maintaining the distinctive identity of each station.

The challenge presented to us by the radio station in the first phase of the project was to create a mobile application with a perfectly refined radio player, tailored to the behavior of modern users. We took into account elements such as the player’s functionality during phone calls, browsing TikTok, watching Instagram Reels, and support for in-car radio systems. Further development, including additional features such as podcasts and a sleep timer, is planned for the near future.

The applications we developed (Radio Wrocław, Radio Wrocław Kultura, Radio RAM) have significantly improved the quality and functionality of the stations. Thanks to the well-optimized player and support for Android Auto and CarPlay, the apps have gained popularity among both drivers and younger users. The new design and additional features have greatly enhanced the radio listening experience. Users have appreciated the new aesthetics and improvements, as evidenced by their positive feedback.
